Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase. After this period, refunds are granted only at our discretion for major service outages.
As we offer a low-cost trial period, we strongly encourage users to test the service before committing to long-term plans. Refunds for 1-month plans are generally not provided unless there is a total service failure.
